Split long text into Threads posts
Threads allows 500 characters per post. Paste anything longer and this splits it into a numbered thread, breaking between paragraphs and sentences so no post ends mid-thought.

How the split works
The splitter fills each post as far as it can without going over 500 characters. It looks for a paragraph break first, then the end of a sentence, then a space between words. It only cuts inside a word when a single word is longer than a whole post.
With numbering on, each post ends with its position, like 2/5. The space for that is reserved before splitting, so numbered posts still fit.
